What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We face various expenses even before the trip begins. To cover these costs, compensate our dedicated team who work hard to create an exceptional experience, and ensure the success of future trips, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we always strive to compensate you to the best of our ability.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the trip will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 0-15 days of the trip will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
In the event of natural calamities, unforeseen weather conditions, or government restrictions, no refund will be processed by Peak Adventures.”
